Chris Brophy MBA MSc MEE

Co Founder

Chris Brophy is a seasoned corporate finance and strategy executive with a strong track record of leading capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives across public and private markets. Over the past five years, his achievements include multiple successful funding rounds, three strategic acquisitions, and a major business divestment, underpinned by a practical, outcomes-focused approach to value creation.

Most recently, Chris served as Chief Corporate Finance and Strategy Officer at Feaver Tools Pty Ltd, where he led the company through a successful sale. He has also delivered complex ASX market transactions, including the reinstatement to quotation of Vysarn Ltd (ASX: VYS), alongside the integration of significant operational assets into the business ahead of relisting.

 

Earlier, as CEO and Managing Director of Hiremii Ltd (ASX: HMI), he guided the company through its 2021 IPO, securing growth capital and implementing robust governance frameworks to ensure ASX compliance. Chris has additionally held Non-Executive Director roles with.

Quick Connect Products and Vysarn Ltd.

Complementing his corporate finance leadership is deep operational experience in large-scale, high-risk environments.

 

As Maintenance Services Director for the TRACE JV (Broadspectrum), Chris led a workforce of more than 300 personnel supporting INPEX’s Ichthys LNG onshore facilities. As Portfolio Manager at Broadspectrum, he directed 300+ offshore oil and gas personnel delivering Woodside’s maintenance and brownfield services across gas platforms and FPSOs.

 

Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in process improvement and operational leadership through roles including Engagement Lead at McKinsey & Company, and Operations Manager and Commercial Manager at Easternwell.

Ron Colman

Co Founder

Ron is a hydrogeologist with expertise in water management, consulting since 1984. He has worked as a mine water manager and project leader for government, focusing on groundwater supply, mine dewatering, and water disposal. With extensive experience in Pilbara hydrogeology, Ron collaborates with Traditional Owner groups, providing independent advice on water management, cumulative impact assessments, and comprehensive water plans. His aim is to help these groups manage water resources effectively, especially during future mine closures.
